1. What is The Insight Community?
The Insight Community is a structured 24-month property programme with Aran Curry - designed to help you take action, make better decisions, and build a property portfolio over time.
It is not a membership where you log in and feel overwhelmed. It is a programme with a clear path - each month a new focus area is unlocked, so you always know exactly what to work on next.
It is built around three core pillars:
- The Plan - a 24-month structured curriculum releasing Aran's VIP content month by month
- The Support - fortnightly live Q&As with Aran, alternate-week deal clinics, and community networking
- The Network - monthly expert sessions from Aran's trusted mortgage brokers, accountants, solicitors, and property specialists
2. Is this a membership or a programme?
It is a programme - not a membership. The distinction matters. A membership gives you access to content. A programme gives you a path. The Insight Community is built around a structured 24-month journey where each month builds on the last. You start at Month 1 whenever you join and work through the content in sequence.
3. How is this different from Aran's previous VIP programme?
Aran's VIP programme was valued at £25,000 and was only available to a small number of people at that investment level. It contained over 600 hours of property training content.
The Insight Community takes that same content - structured, simplified, and organised into a clear monthly journey - and makes it available to anyone who is serious about building their property portfolio, for a fraction of the original cost.
In Aran's words: "Everything I used to sell for £11,000–£25,000 is now structured into a monthly programme."
4. Who is The Insight Community for?
The Insight Community is for anyone who is serious about building a property portfolio - from complete beginners through to experienced investors with multiple properties. It works for you wherever you are because you start at Month 1 and build from there.
It is particularly suited to:

The Programme - Content and Delivery
6. When does my 24-month journey start?
Your journey starts when you join. The programme is evergreen - you begin at Month 1 on the day you sign up, regardless of when other members joined. Each month your next module is unlocked. You do not join mid-journey.
7. What does the 24-month curriculum cover?
The curriculum is structured into four phases:
- Months 1-3: Foundations - Strategy & Direction, Deal Sourcing, Deal Analysis
- Months 4-6: Core Strategies - Raising Finance, Buy-to-Let, HMO Strategy
- Months 7-9: Advanced Strategies - Service Accommodation, Multi-Generational Property, Options & Creative Deal Structures
- Months 10-12: Scale & Mindset - Psychology of a Property Investor, Building Your Power Team, Long-Term Wealth & Portfolio Thinking
- Months 13-24: Depth, Scale & Evolution - each area revisited at a deeper level with advanced content, market updates, and new material
8. How often does Aran host live sessions?
Every fortnight Aran hosts a live Q&A session on Zoom - typically 60–90 minutes. Members can ask anything: deals, decisions, strategies, challenges.
On the alternate weeks, a trusted member of Aran's team runs a Deal Clinic - analysing real deals live so members can see exactly how the numbers and decision-making process works.
9. What happens at the expert sessions?
Each month members receive a session from one of Aran's trusted expert team. Core expert sessions include:
- Mortgage broker - current rates, best products, what lenders want right now
- Accountant - tax strategy, structure, how to keep more of what you earn
- Solicitor - legal clarity on acquisitions, structures, and landlord obligations
- Capital allowance specialist - finding money you didn't know you were owed
Additional specialist sessions cover HMO investing, multi-generational property, holiday lets, and other specific strategies. Guest opportunity speakers are also brought in to expand thinking beyond property. These speakers may share opportunities to work with them further - but the value is always in the session itself.
10. What is the 1,000+ Q&A Archive?
When you join The Insight Community you get immediate access to over 1,000 archived Q&As covering virtually every property topic imaginable - deal analysis, raising finance, tax, strategy, landlord issues, portfolio structuring, and much more. This is available from day one and gives you instant access to a decade of Aran's answers to real questions from real investors.
11. What is the Ultimate Document Store?
The Ultimate Document Store is a collection of the real documents, templates, and tools used by Aran and his team of 60+ when acquiring over 1,700 properties for done-for-you clients and managing those properties over a 10-year period before the lettings business was sold in 2023.
It includes:
- Deal calculators and spreadsheets
- Legal and operational templates
- Checklists for acquisitions and management
- Systems and processes used by a professional 60-person property team
If a document you need is not available in the store, Aran will source or create it for you.
Pricing, Trial and Membership
12. How much does it cost?
Your first week costs £1. This gives you full access to everything inside The Insight Community for seven days. If it is not right for you, cancel during the trial week and you will not be charged anything further.
After the trial, there are three membership tiers - all prices include VAT:
- Founding Member - £97/month. First 100 members only, locked in for life.
- Standard Membership - £127/month. Available once founding member spots are filled.
- Inner Circle - £147/month. Includes a capped WhatsApp group with Aran and two live in-person strategy days per year. Available to members who have been in the programme for 3+ months.
13. What is the Founding Member price and how long is it available?
The first 100 members to join The Insight Community lock in the Founding Member rate of £97/month for life - regardless of any future price increases. Once 100 Founding Member spots are filled, the price moves to £127/month. Founding member pricing is not available after this point.
14. What do I get access to when I start my £1 trial?
From the moment you start your trial you have full access to everything inside The Insight Community - the Month 1 curriculum content, the 1,000+ Q&A archive, the Ultimate Document Store, and the community. You will also be invited to the next live Q&A session with Aran.
15. How do I cancel my trial?
You can cancel at any time during your first seven days and you will not be charged anything beyond the £1 trial fee. To cancel, contact us at support@arancurry.co.uk or follow the cancellation instructions in your welcome email.
16. How do I cancel my membership after the trial?
After the trial period, 30 days' notice is required to cancel your membership. To cancel, email support@arancurry.co.uk. Your membership will remain active and you will retain full access until the end of your notice period, at which point your account will close and no further payments will be taken.
17. What is the Inner Circle and how do I join it?
The Inner Circle is the highest tier of The Insight Community - at £147/month. It is for those who want to be in the room, not just in the programme. This is where relationships are built and decisions accelerate.
Inner Circle members receive everything in the standard programme plus:
- Access to a capped WhatsApp group where Aran is present - designed for shared learning and peer discussion, not 1-to-1 support
- Two live in-person strategy days with Aran per year - one in May and one in November

The One Life Retreat
18. What is the One Life Retreat?
The One Life Retreat is a four-day, three-night all-inclusive event hosted by Aran and Leila Curry in Spain. It is not a property training event - it is a life event.
Over four immersive days you will use Wheel of Life technology to review every area of your life - what is working, what you need more of, what you need to leave behind. You will build your own life plan and property vision, spend time with an extraordinary community of growth-minded people, and be hosted personally by Aran and Leila in a way they have never offered before.
Included in the retreat:
- Four-star hotel accommodation in Spain for four days and three nights
- All food and drink (within meals and in-event)
- Morning wellness sessions with Aran and Leila
- One free spa treatment during your stay
19. How much does the One Life Retreat cost for Insight Community members?
The standard price for the One Life Retreat is £6,000 per person (£9,000 with a plus one). As an Insight Community member you can attend for £2,500 per person. Spaces are limited and designed to be exclusive. Dates are announced to members in advance.
20. Is the One Life Retreat mandatory?
No - the One Life Retreat is an optional bonus available to Insight Community members at a significantly discounted rate. It is not required as part of the programme.
Ascension Path
21. What is the Mastermind with Peer Group?
The Mastermind with Peer Group is a separate, higher-level programme for people who have reached a point where they want a different level of thinking, environment, and peer group.
It is a smaller, more intimate group - meeting six times a year (four times in the UK and twice in Spain) - for serious investors ready for deeper conversations and greater proximity to Aran and their peers.
The Insight Community is the natural path that leads to it - some members choose to stay in the community long-term, others step up when they are ready.
22. Do I have to move to the Mastermind with Peer Group at any point?
No. The Insight Community is designed to serve you for as long as you want to stay. There is no pressure to move to any other programme. Many members will remain in the community for years, continuing to access the content, support, and community.

23. What happens after I join?
When you start your £1 trial:
- You receive a welcome email with your login details and access instructions
- You get immediate access to Month 1 content, the 1,000+ Q&A archive, and the Ultimate Document Store
- You are invited to join the community and introduced to the upcoming Q&A session with Aran
- If you continue past the trial, your membership begins and a new module is unlocked each month
24. What if I miss a live session?
All live Q&A sessions and deal clinics are recorded and added to the archive. You will never miss content permanently - but we strongly encourage live attendance where possible, as the live questions and conversation add significant value beyond the recording.
25. Is The Insight Community right for me if I have never invested in property?
Yes. Month 1 of the programme is specifically designed to help you choose the right strategy for your situation before you do anything else. This is one of the most important steps any property investor can take - and most people skip it. The Insight Community makes sure you don't.
26. What if I already have several properties?
The Insight Community works for experienced investors too. The 24-month curriculum covers advanced strategies - HMO, multi-generational, service accommodation, options, portfolio structuring, and tax. The expert sessions, deal clinics, and Q&As are relevant at every level. Months 13–24 are specifically designed for investors who are scaling.
