The Insight Community with Aran Curry
These Terms and Conditions govern your membership of The Insight Community with Aran Curry, a programme operated by Made Easy Education Ltd (registered in England and Wales, Company Number 09049645). By purchasing a trial or membership you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. The Operator
The Insight Community is operated by Made Easy Education Ltd, trading as The Insight Group.

2. The Programme
- 2. The Insight Community is a structured 24-month property education programme delivered digitally, including monthly content releases, live Q&A sessions, deal clinics, expert sessions, community access, and bonus resources.
- 3. The programme is evergreen. Members begin at Month 1 on the date they join and progress through the curriculum in sequence.
- 4. The content, format, and delivery of the programme may be updated or improved from time to time. We will notify members of any material changes in advance.
- 5. Live Q&A sessions and deal clinics are scheduled on a regular basis. All sessions are recorded and made available to members in the archive. Dates and times will be communicated via email.
3. Eligibility
- 6. To join The Insight Community you must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- 7. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred, shared, or assigned to another individual.
- 8. Made Easy Education Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at its discretion, including where a member's conduct is deemed contrary to the values and culture of the community. Fees already properly due at the time of termination remain payable and are not waived by termination under this clause.
4. Trial Period
- 9. New members may begin their membership with a seven-day trial for a fee of £1 (one pound).
- 10. During the trial period you have full access to all content and features available to your chosen membership tier.
- 11. If you do not wish to continue after the trial period, you must cancel before the trial expires. Cancellation instructions are provided in your welcome email. If you do not cancel, your membership will automatically continue and your first full monthly payment will be taken on the day the trial expires.
- 12. This first full payment, and every payment thereafter, reflects the access made available to you for that period, not how much of the content you personally used. This applies even where you did not log in or engage with the material at all.
- 13. The £1 trial fee is non-refundable.
- 14. Made Easy Education Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or modify the trial offer at any time.
5. Membership Tiers and Pricing
- 15. Three membership tiers are available following the trial period. All prices include VAT:
- Founding Member: £97 per month. Available to the first 100 members only. This rate is locked in for the lifetime of the membership, provided the membership remains active and in good standing.
- Standard Membership: £127 per month. Available once Founding Member spots are filled.
- Inner Circle: £147 per month. Available to members who have held an active membership for a minimum of three consecutive months. Includes additional benefits as described in Clause 18.
- 16. Made Easy Education Ltd reserves the right to increase membership prices for Standard and Inner Circle tiers with a minimum of 30 days' written notice. Founding Member rates will not be increased while the membership remains active. If you do not wish to continue at the new price, you may cancel without penalty by providing notice before the price increase takes effect, and no further payments will be taken from you.
- 17. All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
6. Inner Circle Benefits
- 18. Inner Circle members receive all standard programme content plus personal access to Aran Curry via a capped WhatsApp group, limited to 30 members at any time. Members may message Aran directly at any time, and he personally reads and responds to messages, normally faster but always within 72 working hours. This access is delivered through a shared group channel rather than a private one-to-one chat.
- 19. Inner Circle members are entitled to attend two live in-person strategy days per year - one in May and one in November. Members must have been active for a minimum of three months before attending their first strategy day. Because these dates are fixed rather than tied to each member's join date, the wait for your first strategy day will vary depending on where your three-month eligibility mark falls relative to May and November.
- 20. Inner Circle benefits are available only while the Inner Circle tier membership is active. Downgrading to a lower tier will result in loss of Inner Circle access with immediate effect.
- 21. The WhatsApp group capacity is capped at 30 members. In the event the cap is reached, a waiting list will apply.
7. Payment
- 22. Payments are processed automatically via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis. By joining The Insight Community you authorise Made Easy Education Ltd to charge your chosen payment method on the same date each month.
- 23. If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected, your membership may be suspended until payment is received. A failed or otherwise uncollected payment remains a debt owed by you, regardless of suspension, non-response, or any later attempt to cancel.
- 24. A fixed administration fee of £15 applies to any payment that fails and requires manual follow-up by our team.
- 25. All payments are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
- 26. Made Easy Education Ltd does not store your full card details. Payment data is processed and stored securely by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
8. Cancellation and Refunds
- 27. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days' written notice to support@arancurry.co.uk. Your membership will remain active and you will retain full access until the end of the 30-day notice period, at which point no further payments will be taken.
- 28. Failing to make a scheduled payment does not, by itself, constitute cancellation. Your membership will be treated as continuing, and further payments may fall due, until the 30 days' written notice required under Clause 27 has actually been given.
- 29. Cancellation during the trial period: you may cancel at any time during the seven-day trial with no further charge. The £1 trial fee is non-refundable.
- 30. Outstanding balances may result in restricted access to future Insight Community programmes, an Inner Circle upgrade, or the One Life Retreat member discount, until settled.
- 31. No refunds will be issued for part-months or unused content following the trial period, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
- 32. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under UK consumer law, please contact support@arancurry.co.uk with details of your query.
- 33. Made Easy Education Ltd reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately, without refund, in cases of serious breach of these terms or conduct contrary to the values of the community.
9. Content and Intellectual Property
- 34. All content within The Insight Community - including videos, documents, templates, calculators, written materials, and live session recordings - is the intellectual property of Made Easy Education Ltd and Aran Curry.
- 35. Your membership gives you personal access to this content for your own use. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from The Insight Community without prior written permission.
- 36. Recording of live sessions is not permitted by members.
- 37. Any documents downloaded from the Ultimate Document Store are provided for your personal use as a property investor. They do not constitute legal or financial advice.
10. The One Life Retreat
- 38. The One Life Retreat is an optional annual event available to Insight Community members at a discounted rate. It is operated separately and is subject to its own booking terms and conditions.
- 39. Membership of The Insight Community does not guarantee a place at the One Life Retreat. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 40. The discounted member price is available only to current, active Insight Community members at the time of booking.
11. Disclaimer
12. Limitation of Liability
- 45. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Made Easy Education Ltd's liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 46. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Privacy and Data
- 47. Made Easy Education Ltd processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at theinsightgroup.co.uk/privacy.
- 48. By joining The Insight Community you consent to receiving programme-related communications from Made Easy Education Ltd by email.
- 49. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Transactional and membership-related communications will continue until your membership ends.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
