Day Four - Finding and structuring deals: below-market-value deals, approaching motivated sellers, and 'control now, pay later' structures such as lease options and vendor finance, including their legal and financial risks.

Day Five - Your plan: putting it all together into your own written 135 Plan for your next steps. For some people that's a first purchase; for others it's deciding property isn't right for them yet.
